Reminiscent of media stills or magazine covers, these paintings embody the Quant ideal whereby "a fashionable woman wears clothes; the clothes don't wear her".’

This solo show was inspired by seduction, mystery and danger and all that is Film Noir.
Originating in the 1940’s this dark genre is about the girl and the obsessed men that will do anything to get her.
This beautiful and deadly femme fatale alongside stunning historical Auckland locations brought Film Noir back to life.
TITLE: EN VOGUE - 2016
A solo exhibition in 2016 inspired by the covers of vintage Vogue magazines.
The model featured in every piece is international burlesque dancer Leda Petit. This theme encapsulates beauty in our environment, in the models and their outfits.

In 2014 Ingrid's Little Ladies were surrounded by a beautiful array of flowers and fragrance.

This exhibition showed a more cheeky side to Ingrid's Little Ladies. Often they show humour and 'innocent' rudeness but always a little bit posh with their bubbles.

This exhibition followed the successful launch of Ingrid's Little Ladies in 2011.
This year they had a more vintage feel to them, still enjoying a tipple of bubbles whilst enjoying their leisure time. .

A very self indulgent show incorporating everything Ingrid loves to paint: the study of things up close, combined with painting luscious ladies in outfits that Ingrid can create and adorn with whatever accessories she desires.
